Winston Churchill “Puddin”

 February 2008-November 2023 

 On the morning of November 15, 2023, Winston Churchill Anderson crossed the Rainbow Bridge. He was in the arms of his beloved Sarah. Winston, also affectionately known as Puddin’, was almost 16 years old. In his time on earth, he never met a ‘people food’ he did not love, especially if it sat on a plate on the coffee table He was an expert vacationer. He shivered in Buffalo, rode a bike basket on Cape Cod, wore a sunhat on the beach at Ocean City, MD, sat at the campfire in Vermont patiently waiting for a marshmallow or hot dog to fall, canoed on Seneca Lake standing on the foredeck, and caught Goldfish crackers at the Outer Banks. Puddin’ had a custom toybox filled with fun stuffed playthings. He had a collection of handmade neckerchiefs, one for every occasion. And his bed had a blanket for every season. Winston Churchill Anderson was a well-loved Pug. Winston is survived by his family Kevin, Sarah, and Lia Grace as well as his many admirers. He will be met on the other side of the Rainbow Bridge by Brody, Dexter, Regal, and Zizi. “It’s impossible to forget a dog that gave you so much to remember.”
